Several UK insurers are in discussions over the possible adoption of a device that blocks the physical use of a phone by the driver in a moving vehicle.
Safe Drive Pod is 24mm device, which is wireless and can be located anywhere in the vehicle and connected to the phone via bluetooth. An app is then downloaded to the phone and speed sensors sense
