Mark Taylor is an ACII qualified claims manager specialising in all consumer claims, including accident health, travel, property and motor claims.

Taylor has 30 years' experience in all aspects of motor claims ranging from fleets, private lines, personal injury and third party mobility. His expertise includes strong management, communication strategy and leadership skills


As vice president of personal lines EMEA at AIG, Taylor has responsibility for all personal insurance claims operations for United Kingdom and Europe. The span of control covers motor, homeowners, personal accident, travel, warranty plus products and private client group.

Key objectives include budgetary control, strategic planning, operational efficiency, indemnity spend and enhanced customer service. In addition ensuring both internal and external appropriate regulatory controls are in place.
