As a qualified Associate Loss Adjuster (ILASA) of 14 years, Warren Haydock has gained extensive technical claims knowledge across a broad range of property claim disciplines

He also have strong experience in operational, staff management and strategic business planning; having worked in numerous claims management roles in excess of 10 years.

Currently Haydock is employed as technical manager, claims at Pool Re. The reinsurance company was founded in 1993 by the insurance industry in co-operation with, and backed by funding from Her Majesty's Treasury, to form a private sector solution to a public policy objective.

Haydock says his role is technically challenging, requiring strategic planning to ensure a smooth response from the UK insurance industry in the event of a terrorism incident.

Haydock is a past president of the London Business Interruption Association and continue to serve as on its committee.

Crawford & Co to sell legal services arm to law firm
