The British Insurance Brokers' Association is calling on the government to ring-fence extra revenue from the Insurance Premium Tax for flood defences.
As part of Task Group 2, one of five Task Forces who consulted on last week's DEFRA "property and flood resilience plan", Biba identified a number of key points to highlight to small businesses
