Towergate completes sale of Broker Network stake
Following its announcement on the 23 March, Towergate insurance has completed the sale of a majority interest in its Broker Network Business to Highbridge Principle Strategies.
Towergate will retain 19.9% of Broker Network's shares.
The completion of the sale comes after regulatory approval and the affirmative vote of the requisite majority of shareholders.
