Legislative support extended to driverless cars
Autonomous cars have gained legislative backing in the Queen’s Speech today (18 May) as insurers hail the innovation as doing more to save lives than seatbelts.
The Modern Transport Bill addresses insurance issues as driverless technology is set to rollout across London streets, with Volvo launching its Drive Me London trials next year.
