Xchanging CFO resigns after CSC acquisition
Xchanging chief financial officer David Bauernfeind has resigned from his role following the company’s acquisition by CSC.
Bauernfeind will stay in his role for a month and will leave when Xchanging is delisted.
CSC made an offer for Xchanging in December at 190p per share. That offer was formally accepted this week.
