Factory worker convicted in copy cat fraud case
A factory worker has been convicted of fraud after he tried to replicate a previous claim three times through a 'no win, no fee' law firm, despite no longer working at the business.
Julius Sodipo placed a genuine injury claim in July 2001 following a factory accident, where he fell through a ceiling.
While he never returned to work at the business, Sodipo submitted several claims
