Private medical insurance consolidator Chase Templeton has completed its fourth acquisition of the year with the purchase of Wellbeing Health Insurance.
Manchester-based Wellbeing has a book of business worth nearly £880,000 in annual premium income, 80% of which is generated by SME clients.
Wellbeing owner Graham Harfleet is to relocate to Scotland
