Gallagher pleased with injunction success
Arthur J Gallagher has said it is pleased with a court order granted in the Portsoken case, which it stated ensures "valuable and confidential information" belonging to the firm is located and deleted from Portsoken's systems.
As reported by Post's sister title Insurance Age Mrs Justice Slade made the order at the Royal Courts of Justice Thursday afternoon at the end of a three-day hearing.
She directed the defendants to
