Ageas takes from Zurich and promotes from within for New Year reshuffle

Ageas has made moves in underwriting and broker development, with Niraj Shah moving from chief actuary to underwriting director and Joel Markham back from Zurich to head regional broker development.

Markham was with Zurich for less than three months, filling a newly-created role as head of regional and national broker for personal lines in October 2015.

He joined Ageas initially in 2010; a Zurich
