Hong Kong's incoming regulator appoints chairman
The Hong Kong government has appointed Dr Moses Cheng Mo-chi as the first chairman of the Independent Insurance Authority.
Dr Cheng, a senior partner at Hong Kong law firm Messrs. PC Woo & Co., will help start the implementation of the regulator as it seeks to replace the Office of the Commissioner of Insurance and
