At least 31 dead in Taiwan plane crash
At least 31 people have been confirmed dead after a TransAsia Airways plane clipped a bridge near Taipei, Taiwan's capital, this morning.
Fifty eight people were on board when the plane crashed into the Keelung river.
It is understood 53 passengers and five crew were on board with 31 passengers tourists from China.
