FCA blocks ‘uncooperative’ EPLS Risk Solutions

The Financial Conduct Authority has removed permissions for London-based broker EPLS Risk Solutions over failures to file figures to February 2014.

EPLS, formerly known as Glen Insurance Consultants, failed to comply with requirements to file a return on activities for the period, which was due by 11 October.

FCA looking to address issues on claims definitions
