Brokers' knowledge of latent defects insurance growing
One third of commercial insurance brokers are concerned about income protection for tenants in a development in the event of a building defect arising, a BLP Insurance survey has found.
More than a quarter of brokers considered the ability to offset losses that could arise as a result of having to put right any failings as the most important consideration for clients.
