Singapore targets 2017 for RBC 2

The Monetary Authority of Singapore has set out a timetable for the improvement of its risk-based capital model for insurers.

Originally introduced in 2004, the risk-based capital framework has been under review for the last few years, with the first consultation of 'RBC 2' released in June 2012.
