Spanish court quashes €120m fines for "cartel" insurers
Spain's court of appeal for antitrust cases has quashed the €120m fine imposed by the Spanish Competition Commission on six insurance companies accused of price fixing.
In November 2009, the SCC ruled that insurers Asefa, Caser, Mapfre, Scor, Suiza Ibérica, and Múnchener had fixed prices on building insurance.
The SCC declared that the insurers had fixed the pricing
