LV finds 230 000 SMEs do not have insurance

New research by LV Broker found that around 230 000 small business owners have no insurance cover in place, which leaves them vulnerable to liability claims, hefty fines and prosecution.

The research also found that 350 000 SMEs who employ staff have no employers' liability insurance despite law provisions stating employers must have EL cover in place, otherwise they can be fined up
