Ten’s ownership scheme heralded as future for independent brokers

Brokers have welcomed independent commercial network Ten Insurance’s launch of a share ownership scheme for members and staff as a viable alternative to consolidation.

Last week, Ten revealed it had joined the Employee Ownership Association as the first step towards establishing an employee benefit trust. The EBT will be vested with 6500 shares, which will be owned
