The Yorkshire doctor accused of assisting motorists in making bogus whiplash claims has been found unfit to practice by a medical disciplinary panel.

A Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service panel has determined Muhammad Raheel Shaikh's fitness to practice is impaired and is deciding what sanction, if any, will be imposed on the doctor's
