Stackhouse to buy commercial broker
Insurance broker Stackhouse Poland has reached an agreement to acquire the business of LFC Insurance Brokers.
The transaction, which is subject to regulatory approval and subject to contract, will involve the transfer of current LFC staff to Stackhouse Poland on completion.
LFC provides commercial insurance
