Deacon has appointed David Hitchins to the new role of marketing manager and Adrian Potter as new business sales manager.
Hitchins (pictured, pink shirt) joins blocks of flats insurance broker Deacon from Axa Global Company, Denplan, but worked outside insurance before that. Potter has more than 13 years' experience
