It has been interesting to read the comments that have come out of this year's British Insurance Summit event —especially the opinions relating to the insurance sector and its inability to attract the best recruits. These ideas have also been echoed in an FT supplement entitled Working in insurance, with an article specifically highlighting the sector's 'dull' image.
