Bluefin warns of motor fraud with MoJ reforms
Bluefin Insurance Services has called upon motors insurers to proceed with care when resolving road traffic accident claims.
The new Ministry of Justice reforms, which come into effect today, will mean motor insurers only have 15 days to accept or deny liability for road traffic accident claims of up to £10 000, which
