Xchanging: Lloyd's Langley outlines progress
Lloyd's director of market operations and North America said that the corporation's efforts to get the London Market to use electronic progress has been "fantastic" over the year.
"We have made fantastic progress over the last 12 months," Ms Langley said in a speech at the Xchanging Conference in the UK.
Over 90% of the London market is using electronic claims, Langley said
