Innovation Group acquires National Service Network
Innovation Group, which provides outsourcing services and solutions to insurance providers, has announced that it will acquire a 100% shareholding of National Service Network for an initial consideration of £1.1m.
NSN was established in 2003 and claims to manage the UK's largest independent network of maintenance and repair garages for cars, light commercial vehicles, heavy goods vehicles and plant garages.
