D&O specialist joins Liberty
Liberty International Underwriters has appointed Oliver Wheeler as vice-president for directors' and officers’ liability.
Based in London, Mr Wheeler will undertake responsibility for underwriting worldwide wholesale D&O business coming into Liberty via the London market.
He joins from Chubb in Spain where he has spent
