LV offer for Highway goes unconditional
LV has said that all of the conditions of its offer for Highway have now been satisfied or waived and, accordingly, and the offer has been declared wholly unconditional.
As at 5.00 p.m. on 8 October 2008, valid acceptances of the offer had been received in respect of 155 196 468 Highway shares, representing approximately 75.95 per cent. of the existing issued share
