Amlin recruits senior restructuring and integration expert
Amlin has appointed Andrew Grant as group operations officer, reporting to chief executive, Charles Philipps. In this new role, the insurer said he will be responsible for overseeing operational governance standards across the group and for ensuring that synergies are achieved, where appropriate, between the group's operating divisions. He will also take a leading role in the integration of future acquisitions, Amlin added.
Mr Grant has worked for the past two years as an integration and restructuring consultant for financial institutions including Royal Bank of Scotland, where he helped lead the separation and
