Share certificate disappeared
Michael Bright never received his share certificate for the final tranche of options he bought just four months before the company folded, it emerged today. The revelation came as Mr Bright took the stand for a third day, as Jonathan Swift reports .
In response to questions from Ian Winter QC, Mr Bright repeatedly asserted that he had never knowingly withheld information regarding the insurer’s reserving position from its reinsurers who it met
