David Williams concerned about ‘pragmatic’ approach to underinsurance
David Williams, chair of the Fire Protection Association and former managing director of underwriting and technical services at Axa has questioned the pragmatic and balanced approach taken to tackling underinsurance within property, given the risks have increased substantially.
“I’m amazed that brokers haven’t been sued,” Williams, pictured, told underwriters at Insurance Post’s Underwriting Club this week.
