Hiscox backs new underwriting start up
White Oak Underwriting Agency has commenced underwriting, initially targetting the 'automobile and mobile equipment industries'.
It has entered into a consortium arrangement with Hiscox Syndicate 3624 who will be providing the insurance capacity.
