Zoopla owner makes failed bid for Go Compare
Go Compare has rejected an offer from Zoopla owner ZPG worth roughly £460m.
Go Compare confirmed it had received an approach regarding a potential acquisition last week, for a consideration of 110p per share in a combination of cash and shares.
