Aviva targets 3% COR improvement by 2022
Aviva is targeting a general insurance combined operating ratio of 93%-95% by 2022, according to general insurance CEO Colm Holmes.
This would include an improvement in personal lines in home and motor, where the drive will be for margin rather than growth.
