LexisNexis warns of ‘reactive’ inefficiencies in motor claims handling

While underwriting and pricing has become more data-driven in recent years, LexisNexis Risk Solutions has warned that motor claims handling is still lagging behind, relying on “fragmented, reactive processes”.
