Chris Hall will pass the CEO baton at QuestGates to long-standing lieutenant Greg Laker at the start of February, Insurance Post can exclusively reveal.
Hall will move from CEO to group executive chair, with current managing director Laker promoted to chief executive as part of a senior leadership realignment at the owner-managed claims solutions
