Claims inspector fined for sexual message to former claimant

An insurance claims inspector has been fined for sending an inappropriate sexual message to a former claimant on WhatsApp.

First reported by The Inverness Courier, Barry Hilton supported a woman with her claim when she was injured in a serious road collision in 2020.

Five years later, it reported how the 69-year-old
