Whiplash reforms have been pushed back to May, Lord Chancellor and Secretary of State for Justice Robert Buckland confirmed today.
In a written ministerial statement, Buckland said today that the government remained “firmly committed” to the implementation of reforms and the road traffic accident personal injury claims small
