Watchstone and Slater & Gordon agree settlement over £600m lawsuit
Watchstone and Slater & Gordon have reached a settlement over the historic sale of Watchstone’s professional services division.
Slater & Gordon had sought at least £600m from Watchstone, plus interest and damages, over alleged breaches of warranty, deceit and fraudulent misrepresentation when it bought the division in 2015.
