Government extends Medco for small RTA claims

The industry has welcomed the government’s response to a consultation into the future provision of medical reports.

The four-week consultation sought views on how unrepresented claimants should obtain a medical report; extending the coverage of Medco to cover all road traffic accident-related personal injury claims
