Travel insurers must ‘signpost’ policies for vulnerable customers
Travel insurers will have to ‘signpost’ policies that have exclusions over pre-existing medical conditions.
The Financial Conduct Authority has launched a consultation over plans to aid vulnerable customers in picking their policies.
There are 14.1 million consumers who have pre-existing medical conditions
