Davies completes second acquisition of the year
Davies Group has added two firms to the group with the acquisition of GBB holdings which comprises of specialist investigation business GBB and motor engineering solutions provider Banwells.
The firms are made up of 70 employees including forensic scientists, engineers and collision specialist.
Under the deal, both businesses will form a part of Davies Motor Claims within the group’s
