Davies Group acquires Claims Management Services Limited
Davies Group has acquired specialty casualty claims third party administrator, Claims Management Services Limited.
The acquisition is part of Davies Group’s growth strategy and marks its second acquisition since US investor HGGC took a majority stake in the business earlier this year.
