Aviva detected £85m in insurance fraud last year
Aviva detected £85 million in insurance fraud last year and recorded a 9.5% increase in the number of fraudulent claims.
The insurer rejected one in 10 whiplash claims last year for proven or suspected fraud. In addition, the number of rejected claims increased across motor bodily injury, household and liability lines.
