China's dramatic flooding over the last month has once again highlighted the prevalence of underinsurance in the country.
Flooding over the last week in the province of Hebei is expected to cost around 17.5bn yuan (£2bn) in economic losses alone with only a very small amount insured; over 110 people have died, 100 people
