Insurer and Christchurch City Council in earthquake dispute
The Christchurch City Council is in dispute with its insurer Civil Assurance over payouts from the devastating 2011 earthquake.
One major argument is over whether sport stadium Lancaster Park is beyond repair with the council claiming NZ$143m (£73.6m), but Civic Assurance says it can be repaired for NZ$50m.
