Axa wins on £4m Ted Baker theft claim
Axa has secured victory in a long running legal battle over a seven-figure employee theft claims from UK clothing firm Ted Baker.
Ted Baker sought to claim over four years of thefts from a warehouse starting in 2004.
However, last week the High Court had ruled in favour of Axa in its loss of profit claim, with a further ruling
