Cornwall man gets suspended sentence in Axa fraud case

A Cornwall man was found guilty of fraudulently attempting to claim £100,000 damages from Axa for an alleged workplace injury.

Axa Commercial Lines and Personal Intermediary brought a private prosecution against Paul Gustar, 43, of Fore Street, Torpoint, who was found guilty of two counts of insurance fraud at Truro Crown
