'Watered down' claims reforms set for Parliament
The Treasury is set to introduce a diluted version of a long-awaited insurance Bill to Parliament later today that drops the potential for claimants to pursue damages over delayed claims payments.
Post understands the Bill will be introduced today in the conclusion of a process started by the Law Commission consultation on late payments in late 2011.
