Paymentshield commercial director Brendan McCafferty has been appointed Flood Re chief executive and will take up the role in Q4 2014.
McCafferty, pictured, will continue the work begun by interim chief executive Tom Woolgrove including preparing for the regulatory authorisation of Flood Re, building its systems and processes, and
